The Audit

Two weeks. Fixed fee. An honest answer.

The first step for every company that asks about the Seat. No lock-in, and no obligation to continue past it.

The Audit is where senior operators, never juniors, go through your data, your stack, your market position, and your competitors’ AI exposure. It is real work done by the people who would run your Seat if you signed one, not a sales call dressed up as diligence. Jujubee® Digital treats the two weeks as the actual test of fit, for both sides.

At the end, you get a straight answer: whether we’re right for each other, and whether the compounding case actually holds for a company like yours. Sometimes that answer is no. We treat “not yet” as a real outcome, and we say so before you have spent anything past the fee. Honesty is the audition here, not a warm-up act for a pitch.

The two weeks

A simple structure. Nothing hidden.

01

Week one: access and immersion

We go through your data, your stack, and your market position, and read your category the way AI reads it.

02

Week two: synthesis and the answer

Where you stand, what compounds fastest, and whether the Seat makes sense. Presented in the room, not buried in a deck-dump.

What you leave with

Yours, whichever way it goes.

  • A documented read on where you stand on AI right now.
  • The compounding plan, sequenced and costed honestly.
  • The Seat decision: yours to make, and ours.
  • Everything we produced along the way. It is your data, so it stays yours.
Quick answers

Before you ask.

Is the fee really fixed?
Yes. It’s agreed with you before we start, and we don’t publish the amount on a page a competitor could read.
What if you tell us no?
Then you saved yourself a year of finding out the hard way, and the Audit output is still yours to keep.
Do we have to continue to the Seat?
No. There’s no lock-in. The Audit stands on its own, whatever you decide next.
Who is in the room?
Senior operators only: the people who would actually run your Seat, not a junior team sent to observe.
