FAQ

Straight answers.

No hedging. If the honest answer is “we can’t work with you,” you’ll get it fast.

What if my competitor is already your client?
Then we can’t work with you, and we’ll tell you immediately. Before any money, before any data. The same exclusivity will protect you if you sign first.
Who owns the AI you build?
You do. Models, datasets, systems: yours, in writing. We retain only our general methods and pre-existing tooling.
What do we keep if we part ways?
The models, data, dashboards, documentation, and a transition period with our engineers. You lose the ongoing improvement, not the machine.
How does exclusivity actually work?
One company per industry, per region, as long as there’s no conflict. When we sign a client, that industry closes in their market. If a prospective client’s operations overlap an existing client’s territory, we don’t take them on. The boundary, the Wall, is defined contractually before signing. If it’s ever ambiguous, we ask you first. You hold the pen on your own boundary.
What does exclusivity commit you to, and what does it commit us to?
Both sides. That’s the point. On ours: the day you sign, we turn away your entire industry in your market, and we keep turning it away for as long as the Seat is yours. Our loyalty cannot be bought. No richer offer reopens a Seat, because our only way to grow here is to grow you, so we plan in years, not campaigns. On yours: a Seat is a mutual commitment: real access, real data, and honest ambition. A partnership this exclusive only compounds if both sides show up to it. It’s a promise, not a paragraph of fine print.
How do engagements and pricing work?
Audit (fixed fee, two weeks) → Build (milestone-based) → Compound (retainer, performance-linked, or equity-aligned). Precise numbers come out of the Audit.
Why are the founders anonymous?
Because we sell discretion and prefer to practice it. We’ll tell you the facts that are checkable: one of us left Harvard to start building, the other is an LSE graduate, and between us we’ve built and scaled companies across several countries. What we hold back are the names, until we’re in a room together under NDA. The website proves capability; the meeting proves the rest.
Are you just wrapping ChatGPT?
No. It’s a fair question. We build on foundation models where sensible and custom systems where necessary. The value is in your unified data, your trained models, and integration into your operations. The Audit shows you the architecture before you commit.
We’re not sure we’re ready for AI.
That’s what the Audit is for. A meaningful share of Audits conclude: not yet, do these three things first. We’d rather tell you that for a small fixed fee than discover it together expensively.
Do you work with the tools we already run?
Yes, and we do not rip them out. Email and calendar, finance systems like QuickBooks or Tally, CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot, Notion or SharePoint, Slack or Teams, your commerce, ad, and data platforms: if it has an API or a database, it can feed the system. Nothing connects through this website. Connections are made during the engagement, inside your environment, under NDA, and the Audit maps your stack before anything is touched. See Technology for the detail.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
A reply within one business day. If your Seat is claimed, we say so in the first email.
